There was a time when I truly believed all of this was nonsense.
Synchronicities? Energies? The universe “speaking” to us? I thought people who talked about those things were simply lost, or worse—delusional.
I was a rational woman. A law graduate. Raised on logic, cause and effect, structure. I lived in a world where truth was something you could prove, calculate, and frame in neat arguments. I had no space for “woo woo”. It felt silly. Unreliable. Empty.
And I was proud of that. I carried my skepticism like a badge of honor.
But life… life has a way of dismantling everything you think you know when it’s time to remember who you really are.
A Breakdown that Became a Breakthrough
It didn’t happen suddenly. It started with a subtle emptiness, a discomfort I couldn’t name. Then came the anxiety—persistent, growing, suffocating. Eventually, depression. And with it, the sense that I was floating through a life that didn’t belong to me.
I turned to what I knew: doctors, psychologists, traditional frameworks. But none of it worked.
They treated me in fragments:
My mind over here. My body over there. My symptoms categorized, analyzed, and filed.
But no one asked about my soul.
And I was lost. Not just emotionally, but existentially. I wasn’t looking for happiness—I was looking for truth. For something that made sense in a way that charts and diagnoses couldn’t explain.
That’s when the real journey began.
The First Time I Heard About Synchronicities
I still remember the moment. Someone mentioned that the universe sends signs. That there are no coincidences. That everything is connected.
I laughed inside.
“How convenient,” I thought. “People see what they want to see.”
But still… something in me listened.
And that “something” was deeper than my mind. It was a quiet knowing that lived underneath my skepticism. A part of me I had silenced for years.
It wasn’t easy. I resisted. I clung to the logic that had shaped my identity.
But the more I looked inward, the more I saw a different kind of order—one that didn’t fit into spreadsheets or legal reasoning, but made far more sense to my heart.
From Fragments to Wholeness
The real shift came when I stopped trying to separate the pieces.
I stopped seeing myself as a mind with problems and a body with symptoms.
I began to see myself as a whole.
Body. Mind. And soul.
And that changed everything.
Harmony doesn’t come from fixing isolated parts. It comes from integration. From treating the human experience as something sacred and complete.
It doesn’t mean we abandon science or therapy. It means we add the missing piece: the spirit.
Nothing Is Random
Today, I look back at my anxiety and depression with gratitude. They weren’t enemies. They were messengers. They came to wake me up.
They were sacred turning points, pushing me to leave behind a version of myself that was no longer true.
They brought me to this moment. To this path. To Akhasine.
And to the joy of sharing it with you.
Because if you’re reading this…
You are not here by mistake.
Something led you to this exact moment.
Maybe it was a question you couldn’t answer.
A pain that wouldn’t go away.
Or a quiet whisper inside you, saying “there’s more”.
Whatever it was… it wasn’t random.
You’re part of a vast, intelligent, sacred puzzle.
A thread in a web that is always guiding you home.
Tesla Was Right
Nikola Tesla once said:
“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”
And now, I finally understand.
Because we are not just flesh and thought.
We are vibration.
We are energy in motion.
We are life remembering itself.
And everything—everything—that happens to us, is part of that remembering.
A Final Whisper for You
No, you are not reading this by chance.
Your soul brought you here because you’re ready to remember.
Not just that you’re whole.
Not just that you’re guided.
But that you are sacred.
And always have been.
Nothing brought you here by mistake. Every experience is a bridge to your truth.
I see you.
I was you.
And I’m so glad you’re here.
With love,
Salua / Akhasine
